良い点: 阪急吹田駅まで徒歩8分と、駅近で便利。 commute is easy. Shops and restaurants around the station are also abundant.
気になる点: There are no negative points for transportation.

気になる点: There aren't many large commercial facilities nearby, so it can be a little inconvenient for shopping.

気になる点: The building is old (built in 1977), and the exterior and common areas look a bit dated.
It's a quiet apartment in a good location, about an 8-minute walk from Hankyu Suita Station. The rent is reasonable for the area. However, the building itself is old and the common areas are not very well maintained, which is a bit of a concern. It's suitable for those who prioritize location and a quiet environment over the building's appearance.
良い点: The room size (around 62m²) was sufficient for our family of three.
気になる点: The facilities were old and not very convenient. There was no system kitchen, and the storage space was limited.
良い点: Since it's self-managed, we could communicate directly with the manager.
気になる点: There is no security guard, and the management system is not very thorough due to the small number of residents. I was worried about security.
良い点: It's a convenient location with Suita Station within walking distance and Suita 6th Elementary School nearby.
気になる点: The building is old and the soundproofing wasn't great, so we could sometimes hear noise from other rooms or the outside.
We lived here for a few years, but the building's age was a significant drawback. While the location is good and the rent is affordable, the old facilities and lack of robust management made it difficult to live comfortably, especially with a child. If you're looking for a modern living environment, this might not be the best choice.
